My daughter was sick, so I called to see if I could get her in @ 2 pm. My call was answered by a very rude woman, who assumed that I should know the doctor was not in (as usual) and that apparently the office is closed @ 2 pm. She asked when I wanted to bring my daughter in and she said "well the office is closed so, ya know?" No, jerkface, I don't know. When you have a sick kid the last thing you should have to deal with is some heartless, miserable idiot. This place of practice was much better before St. Luke's threw their money around and took over. Thanks for nothing.
