I highly recommend this facility for anyone who wants to learn gymnastics and/or who wants to be on a competitive team. I feel that my daughter learns something new every single practice. The coaches are kind and encouraging. They never yell at the gymnasts nor make them feel bad. There are no major injuries. You do not see the gymnasts taped up and with splints and ace bandages.

In one year, the amount my daughter has progressed is breathtaking. And she loves it. She practices 6 hours a week and would practice more if she were able.

I hope she can continue to progress with this gym and become more and more competitive. I believe she will.
