Just awful! I ordered flowers online for my Aunt's funeral. Order was placed and accepted. Wasn't able to confirm with the shop directly since there was holiday in between. Don't know what hours were kept because no one answered phone. Finally reached some one just to be told...Website isn't working due some technical difficulties. They did not call back to confirm or deny whether or not delivered flowers and now they won't answer phone again.
