Young female on phone taking an order and kept calling the customer HONEY, then said honey listen this is the price & broke down the amount of tax, small pizza, one topping and delivery charge and followed that by now hun I need your credit card info. Proceeded to speak to the pizza maker in spanish,spoke to some customers in spanish & I received no hello, no please hold, nada (nothing) then a very nice lady took our order for chicken cheese steaks and they came out nice and quick I get them and the roles are half filled with chicken steakums literally half my roll is empty. How do you have a name Rio Steaks & ypur steak sandwiches stink! Very disappointed in how things are lately. This business seems to be going down hill. I Will take my business elsewhere!

The pizza was great, fast service, clean operation, well worth it
