Please...enough with the drama...I can't believe that an experienced hairdresser like Mary could create the hair mess that you claim. I am equally sure that the person that you had fix it at one time or another had color bleed while highlighting someone's hair. It happens to the best hairdressers. Instead of becoming a drama queen in hopes of getting a free service, you should have given her the chance to fix the problem. A very easy fixable problem for even the most novice hairdresser.

Mary Cruz has been my hair dresser for about 10 years or so. Ms. Cruz has and continues to do a fabulous job on my hair whether it's a cut or highlights. I promised myself never to color or even put highlights on my hair due to a fear something may go wrong. However, Mary Cruz put highlights on my hair and she did a FANTASTIC job! I received so many compliments from family and friends stating Mary Cruz did an excellent job with the highlights. Mary gives 110% to her clients, along with her outgoing personality and caring attitude puts her at the top of her game! I have personally witness Mary take a cut in her fee for the elderly and/or those less fortunate for what would be a highly expensive cost. She truly cares about people! It's time for highlights again and rest assured I will have no one but Mary Cruz do the job because I know her work is the best in town!

What a nightmare! Mary Cruz did the worst highlight job ever! The bleach she used bled all over my darker hair, at the roots! Some chunks were even 4 different colors! She tried fixing it, and I cringed the whole time, praying she wouldn't mess it up even more. I left with the surface looking passable. But, underneath was a big hysterical mess! I couldn't even put my hair in a ponytail without complete embarrassment! She even had the gall to say my fiance wouldn't notice anything wrong with it. What??? His first response to my hair was, "Did you PAY her?" Unfortunately, I did. But only because she said she'd fix it for free if I paid her. Woah. I left there truly terrified to go back. Needless to say, I made an appointment at an Aveda salon to get it fixed. $200 bucks and 9 hours later.....it fianlly looks ok again.
