Signed an agreement with Energy Pros to perform up to 4 hours of cleanup and touch-up on our stucco job after final payment, Energy Pros would not honor that agreement. When water damage appeared on our stucco, we tried to contact Energy Pros for advice on how to fix the problem. Energy Pros refused to contact us. A complaint to the Better Business Bureau got us a response from Energy Pros. The company finally admitted our water damage was not surprising and indicated they knew it would happen. We signed a second agreement to clean up and touch up (Almost identical to the first agreement), Energy Pros will not honor the second agreement. They could have prevented this problem if they had told us our drainage around the house wasn’t proper. Energy Pros told us that when they informed most homeowner of the drainage issues that will adversely affect stucco the homeowners complained of the cost. We would have paid to have the drainage problems corrected, if we had been informed. Spent $19,700 with a company that we see as not honest.
