I purchased a plant that didn't hold up as expected. When I I called, the staff was very attentive and called their supplier right away. They were very responsice, curtious and invested the extra effrort to make sure that I was a satisfied customer.When things that are out of our control happen, it comes down to the way we respond ... based on how they handled this situation I would be willing to try them again.

I just received flowers from my husband and father in law....3 arrangements total. The dozen roses I received are DEAD, came with no water in the vase at all. They are brown, the petals are wrinkled...It is horrible. My daughter's arrangement also has dead roses in it. Very disappointing. I am a florist's daughter, have been a florist myself and am absolutely appalled that a florist would send out dead roses on Valentine's day. I would never recommend.
