I have been call the Customer Service number provided 1800 283 4465 and have been hung up on every time. I call right when they open and I still get told there is unusual high call volume. I called HSD in Santa Fe # 505 827 7250 and the lady that answer was very rude to me and told me the 1800 customer service number I've been calling doesn't work. She informed me they have been having problems with that line. So I asked her who do I talk to about my case what do I do? She was very impatient even though I was being kind and patient. There has to be a better way to get a hold of a caseworker.
