We've needed many items personalized or created for special events. There were even some pretty off the wall things we requested. The proprietors dealt with us personally in a kind and thoughtful manner. Despite short deadlines and limited budgets, these folks got us exactly what we needed. I have found this to be the most professional group I have ever dealt with and am so glad to have them in my contact list! In short, the quality of their work is exceptionable, their prices are fantastic, their turnaround time is excellent and their customer service is spectacular!

Never been happier with a company! Products, workmanship and customer service are all top notch. I recommend them for all your printing needs.

We ordered sweats went to them for printing they ruined them by putting the wrong year on the items. We had to take them back to get them re done. I was not happy at all

Went is a couple times and got very different pricing from different workers for the same job. Went forward anyway after assurances they understood what we wanted. Was told we'd have artwork to review be 'end of next week'. That came and went with no word. Went in the following Tuesday and was told they were backed up but I'd have the artwork that evening by email. Again, no artwork and not even the courtesy of any contact. Stopped again the next afternoon and got nothing but indignant attitude that I was rushing them (they offered the due dates each time), that they had big football jobs to complete, and that I hadn't paid for anything yet (we offered a deposit originally but they declined). Was told by the owner that I didn't have to bring my business there. I took my original artwork back and left relieved to have had this issue early and not when we were trying to get the shirts in time for our event.

As a business owner in Rio Rancho I went to Rio Rancho T Shirts to place my first order of company shirts. It's been over 4 years and every year I go back and order what I need and I get them in a timely matter. Wayne is awesome with his customer service and the people he has working there are polite and I would not go to another place. Thank you Rio Rancho TShirts for your loyal customer service

I have had quite a variety of items made by Rio Rancho T-shirts. Custom stuff that is complex to simple stuff like getting a patch added to a jacket. I recommend this shop to anyone. Just make sure they understand the project and what you want.

Wow, What a immature person would write a comment about this company. Only a student would refer to a well established company like Rio Rancho T-shirts as "Dirt Bags". Or a spoiled kid not getting his way who has to get some cash together for more shirts. These people have been doing business with CNM for years and not one person has complained about their quality. Everyone there goes out of their way to accommadate the schedules that CNM requires for their students. The faculity has all the confidence in this company or they wouldn't require the students to get their shirts there. Rio Rancho T-shirts doesn't even need to respond to this immature review. These are great people and always are there to help you out. Take it from one who has done business with them for years and appreciates all that they do.

These guys are dirt bags. I paid to have a couple t-shirts made up for my school program, and when i went to pick them up, i found out they had only ironed the patches on, they didn't bother to sew them on like i asked. I don't have the time to go buy new patches and go find another place to make up the shirts before class starts and i have to wear them. looks like im stuck with very poor and lazy workmanship until i can get some cash together to have more shirts made. Thanks for nothing guys. I recommend getting your work done someplace else if quality is important to you.
