I moved to New Mexico in January and had to find a tanning salon right away. Tan Rio was the first place I called, I talked to Sara and asked the poor girl every question in the book but she was very polite and answered all of them very well. I ended up going in the same day to try my first free tan. Sara was there to help me (who ended up being the general manager) she showed me around the shop. The hoot of an owner (in a good way) was there as well. I ended up buying a package right away and booked an appointment to get my Botox touched up. Needless to say, I've been happily going to Tan Rio for a few months now and love it.

I absolutely love tan rio, they have GREAT customer service and I always feel welcomed when I walk in the door. The store is always clean and spotless too! I have been to other over priced tanning salons with poor customer service. I will not go anywhere else from now on. Great Price Great Service!

Tan Rio is the best!! I have been going to Tan Rio forever. The owner is great. She treats everyone like they are friends and I don't think anyone does better permanent make-up in town. The stores are spotlessly clean (which is really important to me) and everyone who works there has been great to me. Highly recommend.. PS, the turbo bed gives a great tan and I have never burned!!! A little more expensive, but worth it if you are fighting age and wrinkles...

I have been going to Tan Rio for years. The tanning beds are great and the price is right. I also love their other services. I get permanent make-up there. I am in love with my permanent eyeliner and eyebrows. I have seen so many other permanent make-up applications that just looks "painted on". This looks so natural. Its great not having to put make-up on in the morning anymore. I highly recommend Tan Rio. Everyone is super friendly and the store is immaculate and clean.

The spray tan they have is to die for! Doesn't leave you looking orange or streaky. Mine usually last around 2 weeks!! Don't go anywhere else!

I don't know what any of the other people are talking about. Tan Rio is hands down the best tanning salon I have ever been to. I have been to a few other tanning salons in the area and have lived in different states. The employees are always very friendly and have answers to just about any question. The prices are great and they replace the bulbs quite often. They don't only do tanning they also do other services. The shop is SO clean too. Every time I walk in, the girls are cleaning something. I recommend to everyone!

I was a customer for some time.The owner is obnoxious and her assistant is getting there too.It took FOREVER to get a tan and you will not be able to relax,they are soooo loud!!!! Save your $ for a better place

Well for starters I would like to say the convenience is nice. I live and work near the Rio Ranco area. However. I would travel clear across town just to get better service. To be quite honest after my first encounter with a worker there I would not recommend it to anyone!!!! I was looking into packages that I wanted to purchase along with lotions the gal there was not helpful what so ever, she tried rushing me to the point where I let her know I would do my business else where. She rolls her eyes.... Hmmmm .....Appointments? whats that? Never have I ever had to make appts for tanning sessions any where I have ever gone. Its always first come first serve. At the rate the economy is going right now It would be a great Idea to try to generate and keep good cliental for now you lost my business I will go elsewhere.

Tan Rio is one of the best tanning salons I have ever been to. The staff is very also very nice and friendly. It is very relaxed there, and most importantly, there is no contract. I will be tanning with them again. Thank you

I got a one year tanning package and have been a bit disappointed. Some of the beds don't seem to be in the best condition as the hinges seem worn so some of them don't work right. The staff is not all that friendly and they seem more interested in talking to their boyfriends than helping customers. The price is competitive but I don't think I will continue here once my contract is up.
