Provided by YP.comKeeping business local is always my goal. As a fellow small business owner I understand the challenges on both sides when a customer is not happy. Unfortunately and fortunately, I have more knowledge as a consumer and professional due to the industry I operate. My interactions with Turbo Threads ("TT") has been shocking and my business transaction disappointing. I always do my research. TT insistence on standing behind poor workmanship where 1) they had not yet even taken the time to inspect my complaint and 2) when they did, actually admitted that their work, the embroidery on a jacket, was at least an 1/8 of an inch off and acceptable to THEM (not the customer) speaks loud and clear. TT audio and video recorded, and harassed (dirty looks, sarcastic remarks, yelled at - 3 team members behaving the same way) the poor runner who was tasked with delivery of jacket at issue for inspection. Why come back two days later and ask to inspect the jacket if TT's decision not to stand behind their work had already been made 2 days ago? They have tried to use the "fine print" and "signs all over the store" as their basis for not reimbursing the cost of the damaged jacket. TT says embroidery is an "art form" and a manual process that requires straight lines and seams, even going as far as saying our jackets were defective because we didn't purchase the jackets from them. All jackets were Spyder and The North Face branded. In fact, 8 out of 9 jackets were within an acceptable range (to the eye not actual tape measure). Because "a customer supplies their own jackets" ? TT will only refund the $12 paid to embroider a $90 jacket. Does this sound fair? Read their fine print, which is vague and in totality they don't follow themselves. TT feels that they can show you a proof on actual fabric and provide something else or of lesser quality because they say their fine print allows for it. I based my decision to move forward on the proof provided. Bad decision. Beware.

Provided by YPmobileI love this family owned/operated company!
I met them when I had my cannoli business, they helped design and printed all my shirts...and they were red! Always on time if not before and beautiful quality! That was 2 years ago...
I had the privilege of not only enjoying another interaction with them but able to still be able to be impressed by their continued consistent outstanding service!!
I needed a quick gift for my hubs, so I called told them my idea, Josh took it created it, sent me a proof and boom it was in process!! I am so grateful to them! A small business that deserves and has earned the respect of its community. Please check them out you'll be glad you did!
(and be sure to cut them some slack if things don't go perfect for you...we are all only human after all...and stuff happens)☺️

Provided by YP.comWorst customer service! I dealt with the owner (white, 50-60ish yr old man), he was very sarcastic and very unprofessional. This was for a uniform order for a school, and I am very surprised at how he treated me like he doesn't welcome new business. What happened to businesses treating customers with "customer service". I didn't know we are in a time where the customer has to beg for customer service. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! There are many other places that do the same work and actually treat you like they want your business. Isn't that a concept! I hardly ever write bad reviews (first one actually) but I tried giving them a second chance and let's just say it was confirmed that I need to go elsewhere for good quality customer service.
