My advise to all of you having problems with this post office or a USPS employee is to file a complaint here: https://www.uspsoig.gov/form/new-complaint-form/ You can also call the USPS Consumer Affairs at (602) 683-4276. We've had problems with one of our carriers out of this Rio Rancho office, delaying our mail and harassing/retaliating, due to filing a complaint about him with the OIG. Calling these local numbers get you no where, if they even answer. Sometimes they answer and hangup. Delaying your mail is a crime. If you are wondering about how they are supposed to conduct themselves in their mail trucks, as far as driving in reverse and so forth, here is the handbook https://about.usps.com/manuals/elm/elmc8.pdf Don't hesitate to speak up on USPS misconduct.

Provided by YPmobileThis is by far the worst Postal Service I have ever dealt with. I live out of state and have sent 2 packages to a friend of mine for a care pack and a birthday gift and both times with in a week a part the packages got screwed with. First package was ripped open and half the contents were removed and replaced with grocery bags aswell as had other items in the box broken. Then the second package said it was delivered and other clearly wasn't cause she was home the whole time and nothing came. I had to open a case up on both packages because you can not get ahold of anyone at this postal branch they refuse to answer the phone. It's just sad that they run so poorly

Provided by YP.comI have family out here that I send packages to for some reason they are always late delivering them! they tell me on the phone it has been delivered but I call my family ask them it is a different story they don't get the packages until two days later so why am I paying for priority 2 day if they are going to be late anyway! this is ridiculous how terrible this post office is for service, and they rarely even answer their phones takes multiple times to call to reach a person. This town has one of the worse branches if it takes that many calls to get a person, the people when you do reach them are unfriendly, and a package is shipped from a neighboring state priority should not take more than 2-3 days max.

Provided by YP.comThey suck!!!! They thieve your mail at Christmas time....and stop your mail at anytime they feel like it. I have lived in many places and dealt with many post offices in my life. And this office has got to be the worst in my whole expierences in my lifetime. Beware, they do not care about anyone or their mail.

Provided by YP.comcommunal mail box was broken into christmas 2013 and out slot was blocked up...still after numerous phone calls, still havent got it replaced...useless!!!
