My name is Kenny Goode and my father has been there a month. He has not been changed regularly and when you complain, they act like you have done something wrong. He was prescribed narcotics without the family being told. The staff is hostile to anyone who complains. One aid snapped at my father. One other staff member disrupted my visit with my father accusing me of several things in a nasty tone. Administration takes the staff's side. My father will be taken out of there in ten days. Would not recommend anyone Carey a dog there. Disappointed and stressed, especially over the narcotics and the diapers which were not changed regularly. I would rate them lower than one but there is not a category for that.

Admitted my mother for rehabilitation after a 8 day hospital stay. They could not get her meds right after multiple conversations. Nurses are not proactive and accept they cannot do anything "because the doctor did not order it". Instead of calling the doctor and reporting an issue. She stayed 7 nights and was not given a shower once. Only two sponge baths. The family was laundering the clothes so we know how many changes were made. Food too salty and could not eat. She has congestive heart failure and they over salt the food plus provide extra salt for the patients to add. Pulled her out after one week before anymore harm could be done. She was weaker then when she was admitted there. She is improving with Home Health Care, decent meals and a nursing assistant at home. Do not place a loved one in this facility.
