Ripley High School is a college preparatory school that provides academic classes to students in grades 9 through 12. The school offers educational classes in vocal and instrumental music, agriculture, social studies, science, physical education, math, language arts and business. Ripley High School has a guidance department that counsels students regarding educational needs and personal problems. It organizes a range of athletic activities, such as cross-country, football, soccer, volleyball, basketball, swimming, track and field, wrestling, baseball, softball and tennis. In addition, the school has various clubs, including the National Honor Society, student council and enrichment volunteers. It is a part of the South Tippah School District, which operates elementary, middle and high schools. Ripley High School is located in Ripley, Miss.
