I’ve used this towing company twice

After being 4 hours late for my 8am scheduled appointment the man on the phone had the nerve to use foul language such as chicken s#!t and f#&k. Yes I had an attitude but what do you expect when your four hours late, I did not use one curse word and told him he should not talk to his customers in such a way.
