Provided by YP.comThey lack the concept of "customer service" and "customer satisfaction". I live maybe 20 min from them, been with them for over 15 yrs and always in good standing, payment-wise. And yet, they won't deliver to me, cause no-one else ordered any in the area. Therefore, we've been out of gas, for several weeks now. 2 young kids taking cold-showers and eating from an electric-skillet. But, they finally call, and said, "change a $300 order to $500, and we'll deliver... Didn't wanna, wanted to shop around, but finally agreed. It's been a week... STILL, no gas. Over 15 yrs loyalty and good-standings, good thing it's not winter...

Provided by SuperpagesWe've been getting gas from them, for over 15 yrs! I live maybe 20 min from them. They deliver everytime, as long as there are other deliveries in your area! Ordered $300 worth, I've been out for about a month now. They still haven't delivered, even have 2 very young kids in the house, taking cold showers and eating home-cooked meals from an electric-skillet! Finally, after several weeks, they call and say they will deliver, if we order $500 worth... Despite, my current anger toward them, agreed to it. It's been another week, and STILL no gas delivery! Keep in mind, been with them for over 15 yrs, always been in good standing with them, payment-wise, have been a loyal customer. Give them a star, cause they eventually get it to you. Apparently, they don't understand the concept of "customer service". Good thing it's not winter...
