Their price is too high for the low measurement of servings on their variety of foods they give you. It is a Great Local spot for us who live near but if you want a truly loaded, get your $$'s worth, go to Musical Inn(Dine in or Carry out) little extra way to Aberdeen, MD. 5 Stars for Musical Inn!!

service is terrible. I ordered a steak sub. bunned toasted. the young lady said they can not toast buns... there oven is not in yet. i said i would like it placed on the grill and toasted that way. she said ok she guessed they could do that but it wouldnt be really toastd. ok, whatever. my sandwich arrived NOT TOASTED AT ALL> did not appear to even be attempted. so the delivery boy... my order was 15.29 i paid with a 20.00 he turned and left. no thank you, no attempt to give me any change back... just took the twenty and headed out. my fries were smashed and out of th fry box all over the bag and my sub was half smashed looked like someone sat on the whole bag.

Worst food & service EVER, very rude!! They undercooked my chicken steak and it made me extremely ill.

My family, friends and myself are all huge fans of Bigfoots. We have never had a single problem with them until today, when the owner and his cook of 10 years made it clear that they DO NOT CARE IF THEY LOSE OUR BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY HAVE PLENTY OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. Today I ordered delivery for myself and my fiancés daughter - I could not drive to pickup due to my lower back injury. When we received our order, one of the cheesesteaks was made incorrectly. When I called to inform Bigfoots of the mistake, I was met with a combative attitude from the cook telling me that I was wrong and he made the sub correctly, and they were not going to fix the error. I asked him to do the right thing for the business and correct the order and please stop being so rude. He said I should drive the sub to the shop to make the exchange. I explained my back injury. The cook hung up on me. I called back, got the cook again and was hung up on again. I called back, and this time the owner got on the phone and immediately verbally attacked me. He yelled at me for calling back more than once and tying up his phone line during their lunch hour. He said that the sub was right, I was wrong, and he was NOT going to deliver a new sub to my house 7 miles away because of the distance. After much reasoning with him, he agreed to bring a new sub, but said that if he picked up the incorrect sub and found out that they did not make an error I was "going to get it" and my family and I would never be able to eat there again. The cook delivered my new, correct sub and made sure to tell me on his way out that I was wrong and they don't care if they lose our business because they have plenty of other customers. Well Bigfoots, good luck. Taking your customers for granted and treating them with disrespect is NOT going to bring new business in, and it will drive your current customers away. I am appalled by the disrespectful way I was treated. I will never return to your shop and word of mouth travels quickly. This was the worst example of customer service I have EVER encountered.
