Don’t take your car here unless you want to get ripped off..check engine light came on so I took it to auto zone and the comp said all I need was spark plugs...car was runnin fine ..took the car to graybeals to get an inspection ..they say a whole bunch is wrong with it ...off course I get the car back and shit that wasn’t happening before I brought it there starts happening ..so I bring it back and get them to fix what he says wrong with it so it will pass inspection ...1500$ dollars later they give me the car back with the check engine light still on ..what a joke ...but I guess that’s what I get for bringing it to a farm barn turned into a garage smh

On our way back from vacation, a part of the undercarriage of our car started to drag and made a horrible noise. We saw the sign for Graybeals Auto Repair in Rising Sun, Maryland. We were lucky to have the mechanic fit us into his busy schedule. He saw what our problem was, put our car on the lift, fixed it, checked out the rest of the underbelly and determined we were okay to make the rest of the trip. The wow factor here is that they fixed it for us quickly (under 30 min from pull in to drive out) and they did not charge us! That is service!!!! Thank you for being our "Good Samaritan!"

Excellent service, prices are the same per hour as the dealership, but parts prices are high.

I took my vehicle there to be repaired and when I got it back it had been damaged and the owner refused to pay for the damage.
