The people of Shopowners Warehouse are some of the most professional folks I have ever worked with. The have a fantastic knowledge level of they're entire product line as well as industry practices and procedures. They are friendly and are always going the extra mile to provide they're customers with top notch service. On the rare occasion I have had a problem, they have offered excellent advice and resolved the issue quickly and completely to my satisfaction. If you are shopping for price or quality, you wont have to go any further than Shopowners. They're product lines are among the best in the industry and the savings speak for themselves.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I called shop owners warehouse in reference to matching the paint color on my car. I had a little damage to the rear quarter panel the size of a silver dollar. The owner’s son told me to bring the car in and they could match the paint. When I got there, the owner and a women working there were helpful. After looking at various shades of white paint from several sample cards and comparing them to the color of my car, the employee suggested a color. I bought the paint and some detail products.

Unfortunately the paint didn’t match. No problem things like this happen, not a big deal. Just go back have them fix it and move on. Boy was I wrong.

In the mean time, I was able to get in contact with the guy that painted my car in an attempt to get the paint code which I thought would be a big help to the guys a shop owners warehouse. He actually had some of the paint too. So, I got paint and paint code. I’m thinking this will help. Boy was I wrong.

On my third trip to shop owner’s warehouse, I took the paint I bought from them back, I had the paint code and the actual paint that was used to paint my car in an attempt to get the correct paint for my minor repair.

When I got there, the shop owner’s son was not very interested in helping me resolve this issue. Mine you, a very small issue. He was disengaged with the whole situation as if I was irritating him with this small problem. He seemed very stressed out about this.

After noticing his stress, I suggested that I return the following day to resolve to give him some time to figure it out. Boy was I wrong.

On my forth visit to shop owner’s warehouse, I was treated like I had stole something from the store. This guy became very agitated didn’t want to help match the paint. He was rude and arrogant. He them went on to tell me that the paint matches the sample card. I agreed, it does match the sample card, but it doesn’t match my car. The women who works there proceeded to open the can of paint that I brought with me and it seemed as if she was going to try to fix the problem. Boy was I wrong.

While she’s in the paint room, the son is becoming more and more stressed and agitated. Almost like a little kid. He told me this issue wasn’t worth his time. His time is was more valuable than dealing with this. I was shocked. I just could not believe that this guy was acting this way over a $20 pint of paint. I told him it should matter if I was spending $20 or $500 he should treat his customers the same. It wasn’t like I chose the wrong color paint and tried the blame it on them. The “paint experts chose the paint and it happened to be wrong. Not a big deal. Boy was I wrong.

Well I think my time is pretty valuable also. 4 visits for a pint of paint and be treated like this is a bit much. He returned my $20 and I left. What a joke. I then went to API in Barberton. They got it right the first time and treated me like a customer. What a loser.
