333 Park St. Apt. 19 - If I could rate negative stars, I would. Save yourself boat loads of trouble, stress & money and do not EVER EVER rent from these people! EVER!! I moved in and had 3 cabinets in the kitchen -after a few months noticed food boxes were all moldy, next thing I discover is the ENTIRE. KITCHEN. WALL. is covered in black mold that I was breathing in for months! They fix the wall, and then replace the cabinets with only 2, they never responded about giving me a 3rd cabinet back like I had when I moved in, so for 2 years I had to store my groceries on the floor...while paying the same rent. Nice. My apartment would leak from the window EVERY. TIME. it rained - the wall was soft & mushy, and probably about to collapse in on itself. Did they ever come and look at it? No, of course not. It's probably leaking from the roof through the whole building. Your apartment will be infested with bugs, as well as the hallways and stairways. Oh, and during a pandemic lockdown they will raise rent AND security deposits without giving ANY NOTICE to anybody in the building (which is ILLEGAL!). I spoke to the super about this, who called the realty co, and he was told by them to tell me to pay my original rent amount and ask them about the increase when they're office opened because of the virus, and when I move out, they're asking for a balance of $50. Ha! And to top it all off, when you do get so fed up with living in a disgusting slum that's falling apart, you can hand write them a 2 page front and back 30 day move out notice letter and deliver it to the office yourself, and they will still tell you that you never gave them notice of move out and YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!!!!! FYI: My rent check was placed INSIDE my folded handwritten letter, so they will always get your money, but they won't get anything else, so they say, and they'll try to make you out to be a liar while they scam you. (Nobody forgets writing a 4 PAGE LETTER detailing why you are moving out, sorry but it just doesn't happen) STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They should lose their licenses, they're slum lords and it's not worth the cheap rent to live in filth and bugs. Trust me when I tell you, you'll be happier and more at peace paying a little bit more in rent to NOT live here. I could keep going for days honestly, but these are the most important things I felt to mention.

Do not even think of renting a property from these folks. Dishonest, Unprofessionalism, and Embarassing is the best way to describe their operation and way they conduct business. If thats what you want to call it. All they want is your money and don't have a concern for the tenant or property. I don't have time to discuss all the stories and facts, just take mine and everyone elses advice. If you are looking Nigito up, be smart, keep moving. TRUST US. You won't find one positive thing written about them anywhere on the internet.

This is the worst company ever! I live in the Heritage House just down the street for the office. This building doesn't get properly maintained it takes forever to get somthing fixed or even addressed. My husband and I had our dec rent returned to us with no explanation at all we went to the office to speak to them and r3esolve issue and there is only one person who deals with collecting $ and she was not there that day. We were left uncertain for weeks as to what was going on then charged a late fee. We do not get proper notice when there will be people here to do work and that is rare since things are left untreated for months. We do not even know who our super is! Furthermore we pay extra for heat and yet it hardly ever works so we had to purchase a space heater which now cuases our electric to go up. I advise anyone looking at these realtors to look elsewhere and save yourself a huge constant headache.

Well I have been living here short of two years. This is by far the WORST reality company I have ever worked with. Basically you rent from Fran who will never take your call,call you back, or shes on "vacation", or smoking a cigarette and when you go there shes "to busy to talk to you". but its funny that Ive never seen her do anything except sit on her fat pen is. The elevator is broken ever other day. Even though we pay over $1,000 in rent they are to cheap to fix it so they get mexican workers to "fix" it. Good luck moving your stuff in when the elevator is broken. They claim to have laundry facility's which consist of three broken washers and three even more broken dryers.So apparently up until yesterday this was a pet friendly apartment building where every dog is free to poop wherever they want including the side walk,and bark all night, thanks to the poopy people who live here. The super who lives here for free does absolutely nothing. so the grass isn't cut, hallways are not clean, and when you need your toilet unclogged because the pipes are so old he hands you a snake to unclog it yourself and when that doesn't work instead of calling a legitimate plumber you get a retarted job by the super. Oh wait it gets better! THERE ARE NO PARKING SPOTS AVAILABLE so when you move in your basically out of luck have fun parking in a different town and walking home every night. Just so you know since Fran wont tell you herself THERE IS NO PARKING OVERNIGHT IN HASBROUCK HEIGHTS AND THERE ARE NO PERMITS!!!! When you are ready to move out of this hell hole you most likely wont get your security deposit back because odds are Fran has already stolen in to go on "vacation" or but herself a new car. please do yourself a favor and save yourself the aggravation. I'm only posting this to warn people because I know I would have never moved in if I knew all of this.
