Do not even think of renting a property from these folks. Dishonest, Unprofessionalism, and Embarassing is the best way to describe their operation and way they conduct business. If thats what you want to call it. All they want is your money and don't have a concern for the tenant or property. I don't have time to discuss all the stories and facts, just take mine and everyone elses advice. If you are looking Nigito up, be smart, keep moving. TRUST US. You won't find one positive thing written about them anywhere on the internet.

This is the worst company ever! I live in the Heritage House just down the street for the office. This building doesn't get properly maintained it takes forever to get somthing fixed or even addressed. My husband and I had our dec rent returned to us with no explanation at all we went to the office to speak to them and r3esolve issue and there is only one person who deals with collecting $ and she was not there that day. We were left uncertain for weeks as to what was going on then charged a late fee. We do not get proper notice when there will be people here to do work and that is rare since things are left untreated for months. We do not even know who our super is! Furthermore we pay extra for heat and yet it hardly ever works so we had to purchase a space heater which now cuases our electric to go up. I advise anyone looking at these realtors to look elsewhere and save yourself a huge constant headache.

Well I have been living here short of two years. This is by far the WORST reality company I have ever worked with. Basically you rent from Fran who will never take your call,call you back, or shes on "vacation", or smoking a cigarette and when you go there shes "to busy to talk to you". but its funny that Ive never seen her do anything except sit on her fat pen is. The elevator is broken ever other day. Even though we pay over $1,000 in rent they are to cheap to fix it so they get mexican workers to "fix" it. Good luck moving your stuff in when the elevator is broken. They claim to have laundry facility's which consist of three broken washers and three even more broken dryers.So apparently up until yesterday this was a pet friendly apartment building where every dog is free to poop wherever they want including the side walk,and bark all night, thanks to the poopy people who live here. The super who lives here for free does absolutely nothing. so the grass isn't cut, hallways are not clean, and when you need your toilet unclogged because the pipes are so old he hands you a snake to unclog it yourself and when that doesn't work instead of calling a legitimate plumber you get a retarted job by the super. Oh wait it gets better! THERE ARE NO PARKING SPOTS AVAILABLE so when you move in your basically out of luck have fun parking in a different town and walking home every night. Just so you know since Fran wont tell you herself THERE IS NO PARKING OVERNIGHT IN HASBROUCK HEIGHTS AND THERE ARE NO PERMITS!!!! When you are ready to move out of this hell hole you most likely wont get your security deposit back because odds are Fran has already stolen in to go on "vacation" or but herself a new car. please do yourself a favor and save yourself the aggravation. I'm only posting this to warn people because I know I would have never moved in if I knew all of this.
