Founded in 1973, River Falls Ambulance provides paramedic level services for the entire city of River Fall and the town of Clifton and River Falls in Pierce County and other counties. Based in River Falls, Wis., the service station has four ambulances, two response vehicles and 20-foot disaster management trailer. The station has additional facilities like a house and a pole shed. It store supplies in the event of a mass casualty incident. The River Falls Ambulance approved Public Access Defibrillation Program for the community. It has partnership with River Falls Area Chamber of Commerce and Riverland Laser.
