We've had our home and auto insurance bundled through them for about the past three years. Recently out of the blue we received a letter in the mail of a notice for non-renewal. The the letter stated that we do not qualify for the program due to ownership of 2 pit bulls that demonstrated aggression and prevented the completion of a home inspection.



Firstly, we have two BOXERS. Two boxers that were present during prior home inspections. I was home when the inspection lady came over and she never even said a word to me. Anyone who actually owns a dog can tell the difference between when dogs are excited to see a new person verses actual aggression. Also, no one ever called to confirm these details prior to sending us this letter.



Secondly, after shopping around with a different agency we discover that our old policy had our home grossly over insured. We will now be saving $800 per year with our new policy.



I obviously do not recommend this agency.
