Their customer service is nonexistent. I was charged three times for a purchase I made. After being promised a refund each day for two days, I still was not afforded my money back. On the second day I spoke to a manager who assured me that the money would be refunded. On the third day the manager was not in and there was no one to resolve my situation. I was told to call back tomorrow. Inasmuch as the overcharge was not my fault, I demanded the immediate credit to my charge account. I was told I needed to contact my credit card company. The error was clearly the mistake of the vendor, yet they have done nothing to rectify the situation. I would caution against patronizing this company at all costs. There are much better garden centers in the area with customer service geared, as it should be, on the customer. (They only got a one star because I couldn't rate them zero stars.)
