Rude and no Customer Service!
We went in because our truck didn't pass the smog test and they said they would guarantee they could make it pass. After the initial quote they stated it would be about a week... a week and a half later we called to check up on the progress and one of the guys snapped at us and told us to wait and THEY would call us when it was ready. We then received the call (as often happens with mechanics) that it would end up being more expensive than expected... it wasn't too much about $160 more, but they said that would be it and they would fix it. In all it was 3 weeks, $1,300, it did NOT pass the smog test and there were loose hoses and wires everywhere. I don't know much about cars, but I could see that it wasn't good! We went back and showed the mechanic the loose hoses and wires and he again snapped at us stating that it was all cosmetic and no big deal. He then proceeded to say WE should be thankful he fixed what he did with the little money we paid him (we did pay the full amount HE quoted) and not worry about the cosmetics of the hoses. He also said that we should've been more concerned before he fixed it because that was the real danger (we know...thats why we took it to a mechanic). The whole time he was visibly angry and pacing back and forth. He then finally agreed to fix it, but he'd have to keep it over night. We decided to take it to a different shop because I couldn't trust that mechanic to do a good job on our vehicle after how visibly aggravated he appeared. I did not feel safe talking to this mechanic so I would definitely not feel safe having him work on my vehicle. I would not recommend this shop to anyone!

I've gone here a few times and it's always a good experience. I've been in and out in as little as 15 minutes. The price is great and the guys are always nice and helpful. I never feel like they're trying to take advantage of me. I'd highly recommend this shop to anyone!
