This clinic is undergoing transformation, but will be open in the mean time. Construction will not be taking place, the transformation will be taking place within the staff, and with the MD Naomi Reynolds unless an inspector finds error of the phyical building after inspection is ordered. This clinic is officially under new management, and will be surving the VA as part of an effort to fuel pain management research with primary care services.

If you wish to volunteer your chart to our cause, in the future you will be able to do so. As of right now, the staff is in mediocre condition and has been flagged as a yellow status in health safety. This is not a bad thing, but it will be corrected at no harm or disruption to the patients' who currently attend this facility.
