My uncle and I went into the store yesterday to buy new phones. We are both rather elderly, and a young man met us at the door to help us. His name is Tyler Anderson. He was very professional, very courteous, very friendly, and very down to earth! He helped us for approximately three hours to understand how our phones worked and offered for us to come back today which we did so he can finish installing one of the accessories I bought. He even said if either of us had any further questions regarding our phones to not hesitate to call or come in! The rest of the staff also pitched in and answered questions for us when they weren’t busy with other customers themselves. You don’t see this kind of customer service very often anymore! I highly recommend the Verizon store in the crossroads shopping center!
