Situated next to busy GA-85 and a main police thoroughfare. Current manager (12/2014) does not take charge of issues and current maintenance personnel take upwards of a month to respond to work orders.
Sound insulation is almost nonexistent, to the point that you could hold a conversation with your neighbor through the floor or wall without raising your voice. Building exteriors are in minor disrepair, and management will not give specific dates for promised renovations.
Unit was assumed move-in ready on move-in day, but gas was not hooked up or inspected and took over a month to be brought to serviceable condition and be inspected for initial service.
