I just bought a new Polaris Sportsman, the whole transaction went very smooth and easy. I would recommend.

took my bike to get the carbs cleaned, the valves adjusted and a new camchain tensioner installed. Tom Stevenson the "SERVICE MANAGER" insisted that the problem was a secondary chain tensioner. he told me they would have to crack the cases to do the job. $1100 job. i said if your sure go ahead. they pulled the motor, oil pan and oil pump just to discover that it already had a new secondary chain tensioner. they flipped the motor and discovered that infact it was a camchain tensioner. they finished the job, it took them a month. i went to pick it up and the bill was $1112. they charged me $500 for taking the motor out to check the secondary chain tensioner that Tom insisted was the problem. camchain tensioner, carb clean and valve adjustment can all be done with engine in bike. Tom misdiagnosed the problem and tacked another $500 on the bill to find out that he was wrong. when i picked it up the RPMs were idled at 1700 supposed to be 1000. bike died in intersection positive cable loose.
