DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE! they are crooks I wish I would have talked to a few people or read a review before dropping off a ring for repair. The OWNER John quoted me verbally $500 to fix my ring, I thought high but he assured me it would be done correctly (I have gotten the same repair done before for UNDER $200) so I agreed and gave them the go ahead.



I received a call a week later stating my ring was ready and the cost $1000!!!! This is double what he quoted, never as much as a phone call to approve this outrageous charge,as I would have said forget Ill go elsewhere, this is highly unprofessional and SLEAZY. When I spoke to a few people about what had happened I found I was not alone and other people have had very similar experiences as mine AT BAROQUE JEWELLERS.



I will be taking them to small claims court and contacting Shame on YOU and whatever t takes to let people know to avoid this place like the plague and to not pay their extortion prices. I wish I would have known what I no now I would have NEVER gone their. I have used KATAW just up the road for other repairs and for the same repair on the same ring with a cost of $200 NOT $1000!



DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE & GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!

I purchased a diamond engagement ring from Baroque Jewelers for my wife. While there i was treated with total respect, a very professional atmosphere, i felt calm, cool and collective. The quality of the jewelry is absolutely the best I have seen.
