Had an expensive kitchen floor put in & it wasn't even 2-3 months and the floor started separating. They came back to repair & it happened again except this time in more than one spot & worse. Since we were unhappy with the job they were willing to come back & replace the whole floor. So they come to replace the floor & as soon as they walk in the house they have a full on attitude right out of the gate! First of all there's no reason to have an attitude...it's not our fault you didn't install the floor right in the first place. So the attitude & the "I don't feel like working" look really irritated us. So a few words were said & they left. We called owner to complain & never got a call back (it's been 2 weeks). Will not recommend this place to anyone!

Always courteous and fair. Have been using them for years. Would recomend them to anyone.

We are happy with our carpet, but the gentleman serving us overpromised on when the carpet would actually arrive in the store. It didn't arrive until 4 business days after we were told it would. Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase. Good value, good price.
