What a nightmare!! Make sure that you have all starters tested even with a lifetime warranty. I had my starter less than a few weeks and was stuck 2x for a jump. I called the store and they said that they had the part in stock. I removed that part from my car and drove it to the store where magically the part was not there...so now to get to work I have to put the starter back in my car, drive to work tomorrow, come home and remove the starter and take it back to riverhead. Not once was any sorry or apology made. I asked for a core so I could go by elsewhere and was told no. Don't waste your time....buy from NAPA or a reputable company that backs what they sell. The manager should be fired as everytime I go to the store there is a line and people hanging out in the back.
