I'm thankful to have a local pet store available to shop for healthy pure breed puppies. This is so important for those of us who simply cannot travel out of the area or even out of state for a puppy companion, and who do not want the hassles and potential dangers of adopting a pit bull, which (no surprise) the shelters and rescues are busting at the seams with and can't get rid of themselves. Thank you, Puppy Experience, for helping to preserve the love of pure breed dogs from local breeders.

The puppies are adorable of course, but the workers are rude and unfriendly. They kept mentioning not to pick up a puppy unless I was SERIOUSLY thinking about purchasing it. How would they know if I wasn't serious? Also the girl rolled her eyes at us when we walked in as if we were bothering her. Also I don't believe in sanitizing hands between every crate. The puppies bite and lick your hands, it's not healthy to be licking hand sanitizer.

I have purchased 2 puppies from this place. I also have a few friends/ family members who have gotten their dogs from here too. We all have had a great "puppy experience". John and Drea are amazing at what they do, They were both extremely helpful in matching us up with the right breed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to add a furry addition to their family!

I have to say this place is amazing. I bought a pup that came down with pneumonia. John the manager was right on top of things. Keith the owner even called me to talk to me about the pup and see how he was doing. The shop is clean and puppies looked great. I know they have a bad name from years ago, i did my research but these new owners are really stand up guys. I will def be back for any pup i ever purchase. Oh and their pups are not cages, they are in cribs which i thought was really awesome.

This place has got to be one of the worst places I've ever been to. There most certainly all puppy mill puppies and when I asked for papers to show otherwise when I was interested in a dog they refused to deal with me and told me "the dogs come from their mothers" rather than a breeder or even a state. I was shocked, the two men behind the counter went as far as to call me Satan and wave a gold crucifix one of them had around his neck at me. It was awful. I find it incredibly odd there are anti bully posts from the owner on here when the employees there were the biggest bullies I've ever witnessed. If you don't want to know where your puppy comes from or know if he or she is healthy and don't care to ask any questions this place is great for you, anyone who knows anything about dogs would take one look in there and be frightened at the attitudes and awfully strong chemical smell in the whole place and know that this is not the place for you. Don't support this business!
