We are a DME company from West Virginia. Agape charged us $9500 to prepare our bid, but they failed to submit the bid nor enter it correctly to the dBids system.
This company should not be in business. Agape scammed and robbed us. I wish to join everybody else with a hope of seeking justice.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We lost our opportunity to bid because Agape did not do the job that we paid them to do. We are upset that we didn't even get a fair chance to bid. Agape doesn't even deserve one star. Those who have gone through the same experience, what is our next step?

Provided by YPmobileThis company committed fraud by not completing their end of their agreement which was over $4000.00. They ignored calls and emails passed the Mar 30 2012 deadline and made numerous errors which I have documented. Bid Manager was non existent for help. My bid was never submitted properly and in time on their end. Agape should be taken to court. Nicole Ward never returned phone call as one of the owners. I know we weren't the only company that experienced this problem. Agape was overwhelmed with too many clients and made too many errors. Agape is a horrible consulting agency. I would not even give them 1 star. Poor service

Provided by YP.com$10,000, all paperwork/task completed by the 26th and the bid was not entered. They say we missed deadlines , did any of you have deadlines? Where is the YOUR MISSING YOUR DEADLINE communication. Why wouldn't you inform us you would not be entering our bids,If we missed deadlines ?You Better develope a better story than that. Well thought out plan to decrease the bid competitions, it would be interesting to see the suppliers list that you did complete bids for. You only got a star so I cold post this review? Your company is terrible, you still haven't sent a response to the emails I have been sending since March 27th.

Provided by YP.comWorst company I ever dealt with. They took $13,500 and did nothing to submit my bid. When I tried to contact them they ignored my calls. I wrote many emails to all Agape contacts I have and nobody had the courtesy even to reply to one.
I am not sure why Agape did not submit my bid, but I am sure they had planned this all along.

Provided by YP.comI couldn't agree more with other reviews! They took our money and ran, none of them are there anymore. We had everything completed by the 26th of March and they didn't even complete our bid! We missed it because of them. Our experience was horribel to say the least. Would like to hear from others [email protected].
Call Peter Kaplan with Invacare who endorsed them. The front page of HME News did an article on this disaster. There is a law firm looking into this. This was a complete disaster and we all need to stick together and make our voices heard loud and clear.

Provided by YP.comI couldn't agree more! I would not give them any stars as well. They were rude, non-responsive, and took our final payment on the last day the bid was to be submitted and didn't even complete our bid! We missed it because of them. Our experience was horribel to say the least.

Provided by YP.comIf I could I would have given this company no stars at all! This company is Never available to answer any questions, takes days to respond to an email or call. You have multiple people handling an account and their communication within their company is horrible! Don't go with this company save your money!!!
