As a property owner/landlord, I have to let them go due to I don't think they are working hard at Landlord's best interest. They have house vacant for 3 months and charge you leg and arm for finally find the tenant. Landlord sounds like "goldmine" for them by repairing and some jobs were finished by themselves.

After terminate them, they start to find reasons not to sent 2 months replacement checks due to we have never received it. Hold the security deposit not to release to new property manager. The most important thing is they keep on give you promise as check in the mail, will provide statement but never honor it.



I will not recommend them as property management company. I will be forced to file complaint to collect 2 months rent and security deposit.

Armstrong property management has been professional and upfront with us about our entire leasing situation. They informed us how long a waiting list was before having us visit a property that was nearly rented, and honored their word when they said we were first on the property we ended up renting. They always responded to requests for repair promptly and only sent professional, courteous individuals to perform repairs. Even when we were busy and had to pay for two months at once, they delayed cashing the second month's rent until it was due without any hassle. They never disclosed our personal information to anyone unless we authorized it first, and have kept us informed of our rights as tenants on details we might have missed rather than taking advantage of us. I have rented before and had a good experience at my previous residence, but this experience was certainly the best I have had.

They basically stole half of m...

They basically stole half of my deposit after kicking me out of my house and trying to invite my roommates who hadn't moved in yet to still move in. They charged the last group of people who lived there for all of the mess that was left there over the past 5 years, even though I had only lived there for a year. They blamed us for all the problems WE complained about, instead of fixing them. Don't support their business or they'll pay themselves a nice big bonus.
