have been a long time tenant of avalon mobile lodge.was once a quiet nice place to live but now just pure hell on earth.dont recommend living here people play loud music all times of the day and night,kids screaming and throwing trash all in our yard,kicking soccer balls into the windows and skirting of the mobilehome.we cant sleep,read,watch tv etc...........a tree in the neighbors yard fell during heavy rains of 2010 messed up my fence,shed etc.....manager has yet to fix it!!!the management here is completely incompetent everytime we mention anything he does nothing! no i dont recommend buying or moving here unless you like rude neighbors,no consideration for what you say,unruly children and animals!!!!the people here wont even speak to you unless you speak spanish. constant noise!1
