We were going to go to another Banner store but decided to stop by here first, and we are glad we did. The salesperson, Marianne, was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy.
We purchased our mattress set at this first stop. Overall, a pleasant buying experience.

I had been to a couple of mattress stores looking around but didnt really set on any thing. I had bought a Banner mattress before so I went back. Right away Maryann gave me some insight on what I needed rather than what I was looking for, (cheap). She helped me pick out a great mattress with a excellent sale. Thanks!! Banner I will refer anybody I know that is looking for a good nights sleep.

My wife and I went in Saturday, and bought a mattress from Bill Steiner. I have to say it was a very pleasurable experience. Bill was very courteous, had great product knowledge, and showed us several mattresses so we would make the right decision. The best part was we never felt pressured at anytime. We love the mattress and pillows we got, it was delivered the same day, and I would recommend Banner Mattress to anyone looking for a mattress.
