They are o.k.....I wouldn't say they are bad because they do service what they say they are going to service, but it takes them a little longer than they actual tell you it is. I've taken my vehicle there 2x and their service has been o.k. both times. The ONLY thing negative I really have to say is that I don't think they are very careful with the vehicles like they should be. I got a small ding on my car, but becaus I didn't want to hassle with it I didn't say anything to them.

It is barely noticeable, but it's there none the less and I know it came from when they serviced it last week.
