As part of this effort, we created Charter Centers of Excellence - call centers that specialize in specific customer needs: billing and repair, new product sales, high-speed Internet, and telephone. Charter has integrated its call centers allowing our customers to be quickly connected to the first available agent with the expertise to assist them. Our agents provide customer support via e-mail, phone & even online chat. Charter's focus on improving the customer experience also extends to our technicians in the field, whose appointment schedules are organized and updated using the latest mobile-dispatch technologies.
