My car was brought into Joseph Maestas (owner) shop for repairs in which he communicated to my insurance adjuster that would only take 14 days. That was July 26th 2016 and we are now on day one of October. I regret that I did not take the time to thoroughly research this location. Not only has it been more then two months of waiting but Joseph has a habit of not answering or returning your calls. If for some miracle his "assistants" answer, all they will do is sound redundant because they never give you a definitive answer. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if you know whats best.
Never have I experienced such bad customer service; avoid working with unprofessional people/company.

UPDATE: Yesterday I went in to the shop because I was promised by Joseph Maestas (owner) that my vehicle would be done. Only to find out it was never touched and left outside with the back window gone and not even covered AGAIN. I decided since no work was being done here, I was gonna take my car elsewhere. I kept trying to contact Joseph to have one of his employees bring my car out so it can be towed but as usually he kept ignoring my calls. I had to call my sister and the cops to force them to give me back MY PROPERTY. After only spending all day arguing with his illiterate ignorant so called "receptionist" they released it to me. Not to mention that one of the employees ( I believe his name is Mario) kicked me ( a customer) of the property and threatened to "kick my ass" because I wouldn't leave unless they gave me back my car.

Ever pull your car in a little too far in a parking space to have the curb in front of you pull your front bumper nearly all the way off when backing out? That's what happened to me. I took the car to a shop where I was quoted for a new bumper. Then I went to Collision Experts. Joe, the owner, told me he'd fix the existing bumper free of charge. Not only did he do an excellent job of repairing the bumper by replacing the clips and a few bolts, he had the car detailed inside and out. That's outstanding customer service. Keep it up Joe.

I sure wasn't disappointed but I was BLOWN away by the service and attentive care I was given by Joe the owner of this establishment all through this frustrating process. He was patient and kind. I was given his personal cell number and anytime I called he was polite, answered my questions, and claimed my concerns reassuring me I would be more than happy once my vehicle was done. The time finally came after two weeks of dealing with the insurance company and my car was given back to me as if it was brand new off the lot! They cleaned it and presented in an orderly manner and I couldn't tell their had been any type of damage or replacement. Joe and his staff are the REAL DEAL! If you want quality work done on your vehicle I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you call him. Read less

I took my car into Collision Experts by accident. I was supposed to go to another repair shop that my insurance sent me to. I met Joe the owner and he explained to me what repairs needed done. He and his staff did an excellent job repairing my front end of my car. It looks brand new! I want to thank Joe & staff for an excellent Job!!

I have to thank Joe over at collision experts of riverside...just got my Mercedes-Benz back and he did a phenomenal job...way better than calliber would have done...he even took care of a couple of scratches that were on the car....i cant express how happy i was to see the work they did...above & beyond....Gracias.
