The front entrance is dirty, unswept and unprofessional personnel, horrible customer service. I picked up my comforter and other items, the comforter was not cleaned. They charged me $30 to have it cleaned, when I got home and put it on my bed it was clear it had not been cleaned and there were "dust bunnies" from the floor of the cleaners all over the pillow shams. Which went all over my clean sheets. I called them back, they dont answer the phone professional, just a hello, so you aren't sure if you have the right number. They did not refund my money, only asked me to bring it back, not gonna happen. I had already dropped it off at another dry cleaners, when I asked to talk to the owner, he never returned my calls. Don't use them.
