I hired them in early October to serve and provide proof of service. After calling numerous times I finally was able to get an update and was told my defendant had been served (this was approximately the beginning of November). I kept checking to see if the proof of service was entered in the court website. Today is November 14 and it still is not showing. On top of this they told me I would get a letter showing the proof of service over two weeks ago and I still have not received anything. I did receive an email saying that the def had been served but still no proof. I should mention that a mutual friend of me and def told me that the def has NOT been served! I will be only to glad to sue them too if they fall down on this job. What are they crazy? I am already suing someone so I guess thats a pretty good indicator that I would have no problem sueing them as well.
