I went to this store to look at watches, ended up finding one i liked, so i bought it.
after getting home i noticed a slight gap between two of the links on the band, I take it back the next day after work to exchange it, they will not exchange it, I was told all sales are final. after a heated argument, i left with the watch, took it accross the street o le Vive jewelers, they repaired it for me, but i had to pay for the repair.
also when I was looking at the watch i was told that it had a sapphire crystal, I found out it does not. So I was lied to, and sold a defective watch. so i file a complaint with the BBB, today I get a reply from the BBB, Daniels told the BBB that they contacted me and resolved the situation. HA, Liars, nothing has been resolved, by the way if your thinking about shopping at this place, think again, I found out that these guys will finance anybody, so they cater to some real low class customers, I think this is why they think they can cheat people.

so now I need to take them to small claims, over this, oh well, live and learn I should have looked them up on BBB BEFORE buying from them, there are a ton of complaints against these jokers.

want to buy a watch? I found a good place, Le Vive Jewlers, right across the street from the Daniels scam artists.

Le Vive is much better, better prices, better selection. and the people who work there are great.

Don't got there with broken necklaces. They keep the broken part and just resolder the necklace and rip you off for the gold. Never ever shop there. They are rude to you and when you ask for a receipt they tell you no.
