Laptop needed new power jack and case fixed. I ended up having to take 10 trips back and forth to this place, over the span of a month and a half, in order for my laptop to get it fixed. And even then, I got my computer back and the disc-drive doesn't write music cds anymore, when it NEVER had any problems before. Owner charged me to fix power jack and it failed less than 2 weeks later. What happened? I took it back and he blamed the computer failure on me and charged me $10 less than he charged me before for the same repair. I really felt like I was getting scammed during and after doing business with this guy. The business is run by a 50-something with a office full of young arrogant computer nerds. I would rather pay $500 for a new computer than go back to these guys again. Would NOT recommend.
