When I arrived, there was only one person working. So if someone is there already, you'll have to wait until that customer is done before you can get any questions answered. I was looking to store my things from mid-July to mid-September and there was a special which allowed me to get the rest of July free and all of August. So, I only paid for September. There was a $10 move-in fee, but the $10 UCR student discount cancels that charge out. You can also refer a friend, which allows your friend $25 off that month's rent and you $25 credit for next time. Manager said if the credit isn't used, a check will be mailed back. There isn't a table and chair to do the paperwork so, you have to stand over the counter, but it didn't take too long (only a few signatures and brief explanations about the necessities). Overall, great for summer storage.
