This place has terrible service. When I first walked in I was hardly greeted by a much older woman. I had to say hello first. she mumbled "what is your last name". I told her I was a new customer and gave her my info. She then in a rude tone told me she wouldn't be cutting my sons hair and I need to wait for the "other lady" Ummm, okay do you have a name to give me of the "other lady" who will be cutting my sons hair?! Finally the other lady came out and was far from friendly! My son is only 2 and this place is called Family Cuts, you'd think they would be family friendly! She didn't even speak to my son, He was scared and started screaming because she came at him with the spray bottle and scissors without even introducing herself or being somewhat kid friendly. The older woman sat in a chair giving me dirty looks because he was screaming. She was extremely rude to say the least and I will never go back there again! I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone taking their child there!
