I went into Fantastic Sams yesterday for my birthday and I came out with the Pixie Cut from hell. The woman nicked my ears more than 5 times, I had a picture with me of the cut I wanted but that didn't help apparently and It was overpriced. I spent my birthday crying over my stupid decision to go there. NEVER AGAIN. They just want your money, They don't care that they you have to live with what they did to your hair or the emotional damage it does to your psyche.

Just had my hair cut. They tell you it's only $16.95. At the end of the cut they ask if you want it blow-dried. What they don't tell you is that it is an additional $14.00. That is VERY shady business! They should tell customers up-front and not after. Never will I go there again. They have just lost a customer. As the saying goes, if the service is good a customer they will tell approximately 3 other people. If the service is terrible or shady, they will tell 10 or more people.

I was inquiring about getting a cut and color at this Fantastic Sam's, and the receptionist I spoke to on the phone was so disinterested and off-putting that I am not willing to even try their establishment. I asked pointed questions and received non-commital answers in a very unfriendly tone. I inquired about prices and when would be a good (slow) time to come in and she told me "it depends." If you don't care about the reception, by all means, this may be a good hair salon, but I just don't feel willing to find out.

I absolutly LOVE this service! I had no idea it was even available! I have 2 small children and 2 small dogs and just finding the time to handle the chore is pratically non existance. Neighborhood kids ask to do it for extra money but they were not reliable. However, the professionalism and the service I get from Yard Dooty is right up there with any professional home service available. I now have peace of mind knowing that every week my yard is serviced and I no longer have to find time to get this done. The BEST part is its AFFORDABLE and I highly reccommend this service to anyone who does not have the time.
