Their customer service is appalling. It takes almost a month to receive your new phone The manager sells your old phone before your new one has arrived. Then she puts your rebate as a payment without your permission. You are constantly lied to. She does not open the right account. And the store opens and closes at her will. She also calls her customers about rebates and says there ready and to come and pick them up and when you get there she says not there:-((
