Everyone at the dealership was GREAT! Billy in finance department was Extra GREAT! Got a new Mustang ecoboost loaded with options for my son. I went to the parts department to get some extras for the car and they had everything in stock. That is why Fritts Ford is #1!

This was the best car buying experience my husband said he ever experienced. From the moment we walked on to the lot it was a no pressure, easy journey. We were fortunate to meet Bob who showed us all the trucks available. He was very personable, warm and friendly and made us feel welcomed. My husband found the truck he wanted and then it was on the the credit department. There we were quickly processed by Bill who was a pleasure to work with. Due to recent surgery I could not drive so Bob followed us home with the new truck and we drove him back to the dealership making his Sunday night a late one. I have never seen my husband so pleased with a new vehicle - he absolutely loves his F250 SuperDuty truck. Thank you for making this an easy, wonderful experience!

Service department is terrible. Rude and the customer is never right. Find a different different Ford service department.

Bait and Switch is evidently common here. Stephanie Lopez, responsible for Internet sales, made an appointment with us to pick up a used Honda for $11,000. "out the door". We had talked to her on the phone several times and corresponded by e-mail. Our last contact was when she e-mailed the car history the night before our 4:00 O'clock Appt. We were there early but they said she was busy and we needed to wait. We did catch a glimpse of her when she came out of a back office, (not hers), and told the receptionist that someone hadn't been charging the car batteries and they were all dead. We think that possibly might have been one excuse but after waiting 15 plus minutes a different sales person came out and told us it had been sold! Afterwards as we were trying to escape through the parking lot, two salesmen caught and confronted us saying they had a really great "opportunity" if we possibly were interested in another car. No one in their right mind would have anything to do with these people, they are corrupt!! Stephanie Lopez should be ashamed!!
