Probably one of my more favorite food memories from Riverside. The italian ice is on point but the true star of the show is the custard. Delicious beyond delicious. I could eat a tub of that stuff everyday. Also for the italian ice part they have a wide array of flavors that can be mixed and matched to get flavors like cactus cooler or fruity pebbles.
